Post Sales Services & Support

Many clients measure their suppliers on the quality of the after sales process.

To us the client relationship begins when the equipment is satisfactorily installed.

Training

To ensure that a new product or system is used to the maximum potential it is important that the users and operatives receive the correct training.

We can arrange for qualified instructors to deliver training which can be either on or off-site - based on client requirements.

Furthermore training can consist of either classroom environment sessions or one-to-one coaching - again based on the needs of the client.

The training can be structured to a particular aspect of technology or a general overview.

Additional training that can be arranged can lead to Vendor recognised qualifications such as Microsoft MCSE or Cisco CCNA.


Documentation

We are able to offer a comprehensive listing of technical manuals and documentation at competitive prices.

Please supply the ISBN reference of the literature required.

We have a technical authoring department and are happy to quote on bespoke work required from procedure manuals to aide memories.


Warranty

All products that we sell carry the manufacturer’s full warranty.

Typically this is 12 months however many products now carry three years warranty as standard.

The terms of the warranty vary per vendor and range from ‘loan replacements’, ‘engineer on site’ to ‘return to base’.


Extended Warranty

When equipment is ‘mission critical’ you cannot afford for extended down-time.

Sometimes it may be more cost effective to increase the level of protection rather than just opt for redundancy.

Over and above the standard warranty, we can offer a number of extended warranty packages.

Many vendors support an increase the number of years that the warranty cover is to last; alternatively the telephone response time can be minimised; or a technician can be on site in as little as four hours.

Software often comes with an option to protect against version upgrades or greater technical backup. Should you be interested in increasing your product warranties please do not hesitate to contact us.


Maintenance Contracts

We can tailor bespoke maintenance contracts to ensure that your equipment is fully serviced.
For smaller and medium businesses a contract may be either ‘ad-hoc’ whereby we respond to a failure within an agreed timescale, or ‘incident based’ whereby a pre-determined number of call-outs are covered.

Larger enterprises, often spread over a number of sites, may require a contract based on a hybrid of extended manufacturer’s warranty supplemented with our technicians responding on-site. We can act as a single point of contact if desired.


Spare Parts

We offer a full spare parts service for the majority of manufacturers for equipment failures outside the warranty period or terms.

Should equipment be declared obsolete we can often source a compatible alternative.
