Sales Services & Options
We pride ourselves that to us the Sale is not just about taking an order. It is to ensure that the complete process is tailored to each client individually.
By offering the following options we feel that we can offer the best sales process, which is complemented by our pre-sales and post-sales support.
Procurement
As a totally independent company we are free to recommend and supply goods from any Vendor, although we would only liaise with reputable companies and their products.
Stock held on the premises is kept to a minimum, instead preferring a ‘Just in Time’ Virtual Warehouse approach.
Our products are generally supplied from UK Distribution on a next day basis although we are unrestricted and will, when necessary, supply products from the European mainland or from the USA within three days. |
Logistics
On special request we will supply goods on the day of ordering or arrange pre arranged times, including Saturdays.
We can spread an order over multiple drops either by locations or dates to suit the client needs.
For larger volumes we can offer warehousing facilities until the goods are required. |
Order Placement
Our clients have their own preferred method of placing orders. For those that we trade regularly with we will accept verbal orders. Others prefer to confirm an order by fax or e-mail.
For all orders we offer flexible payment and finance options. |
Payment Methods
Maintaining flexibility, all forms of payment are accepted.
To regular clients, subject to status, we offer credit facilities, accepting payment by cheque or BACS.
We also accept Mastercard and Visa Credit Cards together with American Express. Debit Cards are taken at no additional charge. Cash and CHAPS transfer are also accepted. |
Finance Options
Some clients prefer not to take a sum from their Capital Budgets, instead preferring to spread the payments over several months or years.
Our Lease, Lease Purchase, and Buy and Lease Back options command very competitive rates and can be tailored to your budget. |
Competitive Pricing
Whilst we always aim to offer a competitive proposal at the outset, the major vendors offer varying price matching policies and price support on larger proposals which we can pass on to our clients.
Educational and Registered Charity discounts and many Local Governments offers are often available.
Please inform us if you feel that we can offer more favourable pricing. |
Special Offers
On a monthly basis our Vendors have numerous offers ranging from price discounts for new models, end-of life discounts, multiple purchase discounts, and free products with purchases.
Many of these are published in our Special Offers section and regularly updated. We will also notify those clients who register a particular interest with us.

Install - Config Commission
Whilst some clients prefer to install equipment themselves, we offer both a pre-delivery configuration service and post delivery installation.
For example, a Server can be supplied with all of its internal Hardware options fitted and tested.
The full post delivery installation and configuration service ensures that a system is fully commissioned to the original specification, and prepared for client sign-off. |
